RETURNS & REFUND
1) What is the refund/return time period ?
We do offer a return and exchange policy for Immaculatehairs products. However, it has to be within seven days of receiving your product and the item should still be in good condition. There is absolutely NO RETURNS OR REFUND FOR CUSTOM WIGS OR SALE ITEMS.
2) Do I receive an exchange or refund if my product have been worn?
No, there will ONLY be an exchange or return once the hair extension is not opened, worn or tampered with. Tampering includes removing bundle wraps, coloring, chemical straighten , dying, toning etc.
3) Can I receive an exchange or refund if I received a damaged product?
- If you receive a product that is defective, We do apologize and will resolve the issue right away. Please send a picture along with a detailed email description to info@immaculatehairs.com.
4) Do I have to pay for shipping of my exchange/return?
- Yes, all Exchange/Return shipping fee is paid for by each customer. We will send you a return label via email and that fee will be deducted from your refund.
INTERNATIONAL: Please write “RETURN” , NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise your package will be returned to you .
5) Why are Immaculatehairs not accepted if opened ?
Immaculatehairs Hair Extensions May not be returned or exchanged if opened or tampered with. NO exceptions will be made. Human Hair Extensions are considered an hygienic product. This is an industry standard and other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reason.

6) Refund information:
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and will be automatically deducted . A refund will be issued to your original payment method after your return has been approved.
7) Order cancellation policy :
To cancel an order you have placed with Immaculatehairs you must contact us within 24HRS of your purchase Via Email.
8) All packages requires a signature.
Please be sure to have someone at the delivery address or yourself who can sign for the package . Otherwise it’ll be dropped off at the nearest post office .
